It is Summit’s goal to provide our members with reasonably

physicians and other health care providers. In our efforts to accomplish this
goal, Summit is pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with HCA
Hospitals that reflects affordable prices for our members.
Effective immediately, the following HCA hospitals have been
added to Summit’s network of participating providers. Please be sure to update
